local drama alert

but this time it's from my house.

yesterday, if you were all lucky enough to be home mid-afternoon, you would have had the chance to witness an amazing bout of stupidity. in my haste, i grabbed the wrong set of keys and locked myself and poor ky out of both the house, garage, and car in 20-degree weather. being a complete dope, for the past two years, i have not locked the door to my upstairs balcony. (stupid, i know. but it's locked now and forever shall be). stupid you- you could have broken in all of this time. stupid us, for allowing it to be that simple.

so, i begged my neighbor, bill, to help me. his long ladder was way packed in the garage so i had to call and bother aimee at work for her garage code to break in and borrow her husband jeremy's ladder, which we propped up against the front of my house. bill offered to climb the 16+ feet (which i gladly let him) and eventually (after an hour) we were back in.

damn. oh well, it won't happen again.

so i'm really sorry for the lack of posts. i know that the majority of you are monday morning readers, but won't you be excited come wednesday morn to see a picture of my non-jewish boyfriend.

and btw, this was my 200th post :)
