Please help us ensure consumer choice in wine, and support Michigan’s wineries, by personalizing the message below to state Senators. House Bill 4959 passed the House on August 31. While it was significantly modified from its original draconian intent to shut down all direct shipping -- into, within, and out of the state -- the bill, if it becomes law, is a step backward for consumers and wineries:
