Pb Free
Kylinn's second lead test came back totally normal. Her level was 1.2, and anything below 9.9 is considered safe. Her doctor said that the concern from the first test was because of a fluke level showing 22.8. So aside from a stressful week, I learned a lot about lead contamination and erasing the stigma that it only happens to poor kids who live in old homes and chew on radiators. Please have your children tested at ages 1 and 2 and randomly throughout their early life. The damages caused by lead contamination are preventable and normally do not show themselves until the affected child reaches school-age. Learn more at epa.gov.
