yep, that's right. kylinn's tricycle was stolen from our front yard. someone STOLE a little kids tricyle- isn't that awful? now any money received for her birthday will go to replacing her bicycle- which was her "big" present from us last year when she turned two. i am so disheartened right now. a police report has been filed.

Ojay now I'm mad. Do you want me to come over and do a door to door search? I'll bring the overhead light and interrogate everyone in the neighborhood. I'm capable too. I raised four teenagers.

trust me, when we realized on friday (while packing for vacation!!!) adam was ready to rip everyones garage doors off. today i have to post fliers all over and hopefully (though i doubt it) someone will call. i'm offering a hefty reward but i'm so disgusted with people right now.

what a poopy thing to do. i'm so mad too, and i don't think i've ever seen it. but to just think about ky's sad face...

a two year old punk cruising the hood with his posse on Ky's trike! All the one year olds have to clear the sidewalk when they come peddling down. And they better hide their candy too!
We weren't home much this weekend, but I did keep checking everytime I rode in and out of the sub to see if I saw anyone with it.

How sad for Ky! She can use Kathryn's. It's not exactly the same, but Kathryn's feet don't reach the pedals so she can't really use it right now. She just sits on it and steers.
thanks lindsay, but we don't need kathryn's bike. ky has a two-wheeler with training wheels but i put a lot of money into that kettler because it is fully adjustable for 1-5 year olds with tons of cool features and with the intention of tegan using it as well.
i have everyone on the lookout for it right now- even the guys who sided my house and my ups man.
that sucks, meagan. hopefully it shows up.
you know, todd had an unfortunate neighborhood experience yesterday. a kid (todd didn't know or recognize him) threw a water bottle at his car yesterday after calling him a mother f-er, etc. i think because todd did a double take to check him out (he usually does that with the kids in the neighborhood to see if it is one of his football players) and this kid was walking with his chick...probably thought todd was "into" his woman. todd was pretty upset.
too bad that there a few bad apples in here. that's why all of us have to stick together to keep things on the up and up.
