the monster we created
bedtime was painful

not even two yet
and yet able to control
our bedtimes as well?

the ferber promise:
problem solved in two bad nights,
goodnight kiss and go

one stubborn toddler
tried to delay her bedtime
five, ten, fifteen…zzz

oh, richard ferber!
words cannot express our joy
thank you for our sleep

sleepy little girl

bedtime is good now
