josh's first birthday bash
whew! what a party. we started out a ray's ice cream in royal oak for sundaes on friday (the day after thanksgiving). after everyone had successfully obtained either a brain freeze and/or sugar rush, we went over to the ross home for (what else?) presents and cake! everyone had a great time especially the birthday boy, kylinn frylinn and footware-clad noah.

After seeing the picture of the $9 banana split, all I can think of is that scene in Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure where Napoleon eats that giant banana split and every one is saying, "Ziggy Piggy, Ziggy Piggy, Ziggy Piggy!".

Well, there was no repeat incident, so I'm going to chalk it up as to a one-time freak occurence.
And who the heck gets ready for bed at 8:30pm on a Sunday night?

i for one was not getting ready for bed at 8:30- we were gearing up for deperate housewives- which btw, was a great episode if you missed it.
you kids were awol most of the weekend, huh?
Yeah - Thursday at my folks, Friday was split between the house and the stores, Saturday Aimee got her hair cut and went to her folks, and yesterday Aimee worked and I went out with the L-man for a little father/son time, then dinner with my Father-in-Law.

Oh, and I'm not into DH, but Aimee is. I go in the other room when it's on and watch Family Guy.
